How The Paac works

We offer a subscription clothing rental service. Our plans give you access to thousands of styles, pieces and outfits for a fixed price. All without commitments: you can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost.

Create your own box of 4 items

Browse the catalogue and compose your first box of 4 items (Paac) . Choose from thousands of outfits. All items will arrive, ready to wear, in our 100% recycled cardboard packaging.

Choose a plan

Select a plan from Basic, Smart and Event , to receive the box of 4 items you have created at home.

Basic and Smart are subscriptions that allow you to receive your boxes of 4 items once or twice a month, while the Event plan lasts only one week and is designed for a special occasion or event.

Together with each box you also receive every time 30€ in credits , which can be added up and spent on your purchases on the website.

Wear the garments without any purchase obligation and express your unique style.

Do you like some items and you want to keep them? Buy them at an advantageous price as a subscriber and take advantage of the credits you receive with your boxes.

At the end of the two weeks or month (depending on the plan chosen) be ready to exchange your box with a new one containing 4 new items. You don't have to book any return, everything happens automatically. The courier will pass by and take it.

How much do I save by subscribing to The Paac?

Each Paac Basic has a maximum value of € 600, while with each month of Paac Smart you have sets of products with an average value of more than € 1500. Thanks to The Paac subscriptions you can use clothes and accessories as if they were your own for less than a tenth of the price.

When do I pay for my Paac?

The first payment occurs when you complete your subscription and amounts to the entire month. For the Smart plan, subsequent payments take place every time a Paac is sent, therefore every two weeks, and will amount to half the cost of the monthly plan. The choice of 2 weeks is to guarantee you greater flexibility. For the Basic plan, the full amount will be charged when the new Paac is shipped, therefore once a month.

How much is saved for the environment?

Using The Paac, you save over 250,000 litres of water and 250 kilos of CO2 per year for the environment.

Can I suspend or change the plan?

You can change your subscription plan anytime in the User Profile area at no additional cost or penalty.

Can I change one or more items of the Paac received and / or their sizes?
Does the change have an additional cost?

It is possible to change one, more or all of the items of your Paac within the day following receipt of the same, provided that you are not going to wear them. To proceed with the change, contact our Customer Care via whatsapp at +39 375 680 3315 or via email to [email protected].

The Paac offers its subscribers two changes completely free of charge. Once the free changes have been used up, to change one or more items and/or their sizes, you will be charged an additional cost of 10 EUR to cover the extra shipping costs.

What is the Personal Stylist and how does it work?

The Personal Stylist is an exclusive service for subscribers of The Paac, which can be booked by sending an email to [email protected].
The Personal Stylist is one of our Style, Trends and Armocromia experts that will assist you in your experience and help you select the items for your Paac, suggesting garments in line with your needs, sizes and wearability.
With the Smart subscription the consultation is always free.
With the Basic subscription, your first Personal Stylist consultation is free. Additional consultations can be requested whenever you wish and have a cost of € 20 for a 30-minute session.

How can I receive and / or return my Paac if I am not at home?

Every time your Paac is shipped you will receive an email from our courier that will allow you to customize the delivery methods if you need it.
You can take advantage of the Punto Poste network, which comprises 10,000 collection points (tobacconists, bars, stationers, newsagents and KiPoint shops), 100 supermarkets and 350 Lockers across Italy
